Credit Cards - Credit card details released online - 01/04/2009

Credit card customers have received a scare with the news that card details were published online on a website for anyone to view.

Details for credit card’s such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express were released with the intention of profit for Far East criminals.

Chairman of the All Party Group on Identity Fraud, Nigel Evans told the Mail: "This is hugely worrying. The credit card companies have a duty of care to inform all those involved that they are at risk of identity fraud."
