What types of mortgage are there?

The types of mortgages are:
Tracker – Where repayments follow the interest rate and are changed monthly.
Variable – Where the rate can be changed by your lender.
Fixed Rate – Where the APR is fixed to a set amount for a limited amount of time.
Discount – Where you first few monthly repayments are offered at a discounted rate.
Capped – Where your monthly repayments can vary but never go above a certain level.
