The location of some of the UK's priciest mortgages has been revealed by a new study from property site Mouseprice.net.
According to the research, homes in the "leafy cul de sac" Courteney Avenue in Highgate, North London, cost an average of £6.8 million.
Five streets in the surrounding area - spilling over into neighbouring Hampstead - make up several other places in the 'rich list'.
The most expensive house sale of all time, totalling £50 million, also took place in the area - with Toprak Mansion on The Bishops Avenue changing hands last month.
It is perhaps informative that this cluster of super-expensive properties are situated between the Highgate and Hampstead golf courses.
Another group of streets, further west in Kensington and Chelsea, also scores highly - with Chelsea Square taking second place overall with £6.44 million.
Nearby Manresa Road, containing flats situated in the old Chelsea College of Art, came in third at £6.2 million.
Mouseprice.net based its research on data from the Land Registry.
