Tesco have extended their finest range which usually includes more expensive top of the range food products, to their home insurance range.
For a more deluxe policy, those taking out home insurance with Tesco can now go for the finest option which offers customers increased limits of cover and even a bespoke concierge service.
Those going for the finest home insurance offer will benefit from unlimited buildings cover and the limit for contents cover is doubled from £5,000 to £10,000.
And as an additional bonus benefit, over the Christmas period when people may have more things in their home, cover is increased by 20 per cent at no extra charge.
Coverage for garden furniture, and bicycles has also increased, from £1,000 to £1,500. Previously not included in the policy, landscaping, plants and trees can now be covered for up to £2,500.
The exclusive concierge service offers to provide a range of services from travel booking to shopping.
For those extra little emergencies and worries, a home emergency and ID fraud assistance service is also available.
Added into the bargain, new customers also receive a complimentary £60 voucher for use on shopping or fuel at any Tesco store.
Tesco is boosting all of its insurance outlays by also giving holders of its Standard Home Insurance another £10,000 of cover at no extra cost.
Jim Bruce, head of home insurance, said customers had required "that little bit extra".
Price comparison website gocompare.com recently found that many homeowners felt pressured into buying home insurance from their mortgage lender.
