Health Insurance - New plan for those without insurance - 12/11/2008

A new healthcare scheme has been launched, specifically designed to reduce the cost of private medical bills for it’s customers who have failed to purchase insurance or cannot afford to keep up with the payments.

Medical Care Direct aims to be the one to help those who have yet to purchase a health insurance policy, as according to their statistics over 250,000 folks pay towards £500 million every year for private medical treatment.

MCD managing director Malcolm Jones says: “The cost of private healthcare can vary widely in the UK depending on location, hospital and specialist. But it is not just the cost, it is making sure you get the appropriate specialist to deal with your particular condition. Our package is designed to guide individuals through the maze of treatment options, ensure they receive quality care at a price they consider acceptable and provide unbiased support at every stage.”
