If you have failed to repay your creditors they may have appealed to a county court to step in, decide how much you can afford to repay and enforce that decision.
If you have a county court judgment (CCJ) against you then it will reduce your credit rating. If you can, try to appeal to your creditors and offer them an honest deal on what you can afford to repay. It always looks better if you voluntarily repay a loan rather than being forced to.
Don’t panic and don’t be afraid to take advice, even from your creditor, as you might be able to work out a deal even if a CCJ is filed against you.
