What is a credit card? What is an APR? What is a credit check? What happens if I am late to make a repayment or can’t repay a debt? Which credit card should I choose? Where can I get a credit card? What is section 75? Can/Should I use my card abroad? What if someone steals my card?
There are a wide variety of credit cards which suit different needs. Generally, if this is your first credit card and you have no previous debt, you want a card with the lowest possible rate on purchases. Some can get as low as 0% but that is usually only for a fixed term. If you already have debt then perhaps a card with 0% on balances transferred would benefit you. There are a great variety of cards available.
