The Co-operative Bank (Co-op) has launched a new credit card in its affinity range in conjunction with environmental campaigners Friends of the Earth.
Under the terms of the firms' agreement, the charity will receive £15 for every affinity account opened - along with £2.50 every time the card is used in the first six months.
What's more, for every £100 spent on the affinity credit card, 25p will be donated to Friends of the Earth.
Carol Karaca, partnership manager at The Co-op, commented: "This affinity credit card is a great way for people to support Friends of the Earth.
"As an ethical provider it is fantastic to have leading environmental charity Friends of the Earth on board and we look forward to continuing to work with them."
Executive director of Friends of the Earth Tony Juniper added: "Friends of the Earth's new affinity credit card with The Co-operative Bank offers a hassle-free way for people to support us."
