A programme to train motorbike riders is taking place in Ohio, according to a report.
Specifically targeting those described as novice riders, the Beginner Rider programme aims to teach tips and strategies that would equip bikers with immediate biking skills.
Those opting for the 16-hour training would be required to present a learner’s permit or motorcycle endorsement.
In the same manner another version of the same programme will be targeting those who already have experience of biking but do not have motorbike endorsement.
Requirements for this programme include bike learner’s permit or a motorbike endorsement, and it is expected to last up to nine hours.
The third and final level of the training programme would require participants to show bike insurance cover, safety gear and must pass a motorcycle safety check.
It would, however, be aimed at advanced bikers who would need to have a motorcycle endorsement in addition to a year of biking experience.
